Overview
nPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
nLocation: 5921 SE 14th Street, Suite 2000, Des Moines, IA 50320
nSchedule: Monday-Friday with 2-3 evenings until 5pm
nCompensation: Starting at $75,000 and up depending on experience
nIncentives: Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus and/or $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief

n nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nnnDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
n
nnCurrent State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
n
nnCPR certification
n
