Job description
Physical therapist:
A great healthcare facility located just outside of Helena, Montana, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to be part of a fantastic team dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare!
Pay: $36.00 - $52.00/hour
$20,000 retention bonus
Up to $7,000 in relocation assistance
Physical Therapist Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent position
Schedule: day shift, 5-8 s or 4-10 s
Setting: opportunities to work in outpatient, inpatient, and float
Incentive: $20,000 retention bonus and up to $7,000 in relocation assistance
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
Complete patient assessments to develop and implement an individualized care plan
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the patient, family, and care team
Provide skilled, goal-oriented physical therapy while maintaining an ongoing assessment of the patient to make any changes to the care plan as necessary
Maintain all records and reports per regulatory guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
BLS Certification
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Montana (or eligibility to obtain upon hire)
