Overview
nPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
nLocation: 2670 Forest Hill Blvd, West Palm Beach 33406 &4650 Wycliffe County Club BoulevardLake Worth, Florida 33449 Split
nSchedule: Full Time; Monday - Friday; Schedule TBD
nCompensation: $78,000-$95,000/year pending experience
nIncentives: $20,000 sign on bonus. Indefinite student loan debt benefit program is an available option for this position

nThis position requires travel between the West Palm Beach and Wycliffe Country Club location.

n nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nnnDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
n
nnCurrent State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
n
nnCPR certification
n
