We're hiring an Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a team where you'll grow your skills across orthopedics, spine, vestibular rehab, dry needling, and aquatic therapy — plus specialty programs like Stand Up 2 Stenosis and LSVT.

Responsibilities: Deliver best-in-class, evidence-based care through comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education that helps people return to the work, activities, and communities they care about
Track progress with objective outcome measures and adjust care plans to drive real, meaningful results
Contribute to a collaborative team culture — sharing knowledge, mentoring newer clinicians, and learning from colleagues across orthopedic, spine, and vestibular specialties
Help build BreakThrough's reputation as a trusted name in Greensboro's healthcare community, one patient outcome at a time
Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist, or eligible for licensure in North Carolina
Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
CPR and First Aid Certification required
Experience in vestibular rehabilitation (dizziness, vertigo, balance impairments) is a plus
Experienced clinicians' backgrounds are particularly valuable here — prior leadership, mentorship, or specialty-caseload experience is a strong plus
