Highlights/Benefits:
Non-Profit Hospital
Six months of mentorship and structured training will be provided by the Lead Physical Therapist
Cover ICU, General Surgery, Total Joint Center, General Medical, Telemetry, Oncology, Neurology & more
See an average of 13 patients per day in Acute Care
Flexible Schedule: 4-10s or 5-8's
Full-Time, Permanent Position
Bonuses and Incentives:
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Loan forgiveness available through PSLF
3 Insurance plans to choose from
$1,500 per year in CEUs
401 (k) with 3% match

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Collaborative, team-building personality style
Servant leader mindset
