_*):min-w-0 gap-3"> Nealy Pierce is partnering with a nonprofit hospital system in the Chattanooga, TN area to hire a full-time Float Physical Therapist (PT). This is a permanent, W-2 hospital-based role rotating across acute care, inpatient rehab (IPR), and outpatient settings. Ideal for PTs who want clinical variety, exposure to multiple hospital environments, and the chance to build a versatile rehab skillset early in their career. New graduate PTs and experienced PTs are both welcomed.

_*):min-w-0 gap-3"> Why This Float PT Role Stands Out:

Rotate across three distinct settings: acute care, inpatient rehab (IPR), and outpatient

Hospital is certified in Neuro, Cardiac, and Orthopedics — heavy neuro and cardiac caseload across settings

Treat patients across all age ranges and diagnosis types in a single role

1-on-1 treatment model, focused on clinical quality over productivity

Multidisciplinary team of over 60 therapists (PTs, OTs, SLPs) to collaborate with

PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) through nonprofit hospital employer

Flexible scheduling with built-in variety across settings

Annual CEU support provided

_*):min-w-0 gap-3"> Compensation & Benefits:

Sign-on bonus available

Relocation assistance available

Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Full medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits

PSLF eligibility through nonprofit hospital employer

_*):min-w-0 gap-3"> About the Float PT Position: This is a role for a Physical Therapist who truly cares about patient care. We're not looking for someone searching for their next "job," but rather someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand their bodies through injury or condition. The float model is ideal for PTs who want to build real breadth across acute, IPR, and outpatient without committing to a single setting early on.

_*):min-w-0 gap-3"> Qualifications & Requirements:

DPT or MPT from an accredited program

Active or pending Tennessee PT license

New graduate physical therapists and experienced PTs welcome

Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture

Excellent communication across all levels of staff, patients, and families

Collaborative, team-building personality

Servant-leader mindset

H-1B visa sponsorship not available for this role

_*):min-w-0 gap-3"> About Chattanooga, TN: Chattanooga is one of the most underrated cities in the Southeast. Affordable cost of living, a growing downtown and food scene, and world-class outdoor access including rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and the Tennessee River. Centrally located: 2 hours to Atlanta, 2 hours to Nashville, 2.5 hours to Asheville. A great market for PTs who want real career growth in a city worth actually living in.
