nnSchedule: PRN

n nHow you’ll make an impact in this role
nnnConduct comprehensive acute clinical evaluations to establish baseline mobility, identify physical limitations and determine immediate care needs.
n
nnDevelop personalized treatment plans focused on early mobilization to prevent deconditioning and empower patients toward recovery.
n
nnDeliver targeted therapeutic interventions to restore functional movement, build strength and accelerate safe discharge readiness.
n
nnPartner with physicians, nurses and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless discharge transitions and continuity of care.
n
nnOversee physical therapy assistants, students and support personnel to maintain high clinical standards and safe care environments.
n
n nWhat minimum requirements you’ll need
nLicensure / Certification / Registration:
nnnBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
n
nnPhysical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
n
n nEducation:
nnBachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
