Job description
About the Hospital
Full-Time | Permanent Position
Work in both Acute Care & Subacute Rehab Unit of Non-Profit Hospital System
Float among six different Acute Care Units: Neuro, Ortho, Cardiac, ICU, Step down + More
Treat Geriatric/Adult patients in Subacute Rehab: Average length of stay is 17-20 days
45-90 minutes with every patient in Subacute, based on individual clinical need
Nonprofit Loan Forgiveness Eligible (PSLF)
4/10s or 5/8s Schedule + paid documentation time daily
Collaborate with a team of over 50 PTs, OTs, and SLPs on site
Incentives/Benefits
Up to a $25,000 Sign-On Bonus available commensurate with commitment
$1,000/year for CEUs + Medbridge Subscription
Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4+ weeks

Qualifications & Requirements:
Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Passion to treat Adult & Geriatric patient population
Collaborative, team-building personality style
Desire to be in an Acute / Subacute Setting
Servant leader mindset
