Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant – Home Health Pay PT: $80 per visit PTA: $55–$60 per visit Location: O‘ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)Schedule: Flexible / Per Diem (PRN) – Build Your Own Caseload About Us Always Best Care Home Health provides skilled services to patients across O‘ahu. Our mission is to help seniors and kupuna improve mobility, reduce fall risks, and maintain independence while receiving care in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking licensed PTs and PTAs who enjoy building strong patient relationships and delivering personalized therapy services.
