Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Pool Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services in an inpatient setting. In this per diem role, you will evaluate patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, uphold safety and documentation standards, and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
