Job description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a 12-week contract basis. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help improve their physical mobility and overall well-being. You will assess each patient's needs and develop personalized treatment plans to help them regain strength, flexibility, and function.
nResponsibilities:
n- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and medical history
n- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
n- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and stretches to improve mobility and function
n- Educate patients and their families on proper exercises and techniques they can do at home to improve their condition
n- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
n- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
n- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatment and progress
nRequirements:
n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
n- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
n- CPR certification
n- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
n- Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist preferred
