Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant Implement therapeutic exercise, mobility, and coordination activities as directed by the physical therapist
Assist patients with rehabilitation exercises and activities
Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient conditions and therapy plans
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the therapy area
Requirements of the Physical Therapist Assistant Current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
BLS certification
