Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence for geriatric and sub-acute patients. In our collaborative, patient-focused culture, you’ll partner closely with nursing staff and an interdisciplinary team, contribute to care planning, document progress in EMR, and educate patients and families.
