Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a caring Physical Therapist Assistant to support physical therapists in delivering high-quality rehab services to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this on-site role, you’ll carry out treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to help residents regain independence. You will document in EMRs, communicate closely with PTs, nurses, and families, and contribute to individualized care plans in a collaborative, patient-focused culture with strong clinical support and growth opportunities.
