Overview
nPosition: Physical Therapist Assistant
nLocation: 5700 Corporate Drive, Suite 150, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 and and 660 Lincoln Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15202
nSchedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (2-3 Evenings until 7 pm)
nCompensation: Hourly, $28.00 - $32.00/hr, commensurate with experience
nnThis position will float between our North Hills and Bellevue clinics located just 15 minutes apart.
nnJoin our NovaCare Rehabilitation outpatient orthopedic center and be part of a respected clinical team delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages and abilities. n nResponsibilities
n Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
n nQualifications
n College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
CPR certification
