Physical Therapist AssistantPhysical Therapist Assistant – Sports & Active PopulationSPT – Factoria | Outpatient Orthopedic & Performance PTSPT Factoria is a sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic built for clinicians who want to grow, stay engaged, and deliver high-quality care to active adults and athletes.We operate in an open-gym, movement-focused environment centered on active rehab, progressive loading, and real-world outcomes —not passive, volume-driven care.You'll work closely with the Physical Therapist and Clinic Director with clear expectations, strong communication, and ongoing supportJob DescriptionYour First 30–60 DaysStructured onboarding with clear expectationsObservation and collaborative treatment sessions with PTsGradual progression to independent patient careFocus on communication, flow, and confidence in treatment deliveryWhat You Will DoTreat patients under the PT's established plan of careCoach therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and progressive strengtheningMonitor patient response and communicate updates to the PTAssist with exercise progression using objective measures and clinical guidanceWork collaboratively with PTs and aides to maintain patient flow and care qualityComplete documentation efficiently during the workdayMentorship & SupportDirect access to PTs and Clinic Director for guidance and feedbackClear onboarding and gradual increase in responsibilityOngoing coaching focused on confidence, efficiency, and consistencyStrong team communication—no guessing or being left on your ownNew grads welcome if motivated, coachable, and growth-orientedQualificationsLicensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington StateInterest in orthopedic and sports rehabStrong communication and teamwork skillsAdditional Information$35.00-$40.00/hr based on experience$3,000 Sign-On BonusProduction bonus opportunities - Up to $7,500CEU allowance + MedBridge accessFlexible schedulingPaid time off + paid holidaysMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with employer match
