Physical Therapist AssistantSPT - Bellingham | Outpatient Orthopedic & Sports PTSPT Bellingham is a sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic serving active adults and athletes in an open-gym, movement-focused environment, with an emphasis on active rehab and movement coaching.You will work closely with the Clinic Director and Physical Therapist, treating both general orthopedic and athletic patients with clear structure and support.Your first 30 days focus on clear onboarding, collaborative treatment sessions, and progressive independence with direct PT support.Job DescriptionWhat You Will DoTreat patients under the PT's established plan of careCoach therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and strengtheningMonitor patient response and communicate progress to the PTAssist with progression using clinic tools and objective measures as appropriateWork collaboratively with aides to maintain patient flow and care qualityComplete documentation efficiently during the workdayClinic EnvironmentOpen-gym, active rehab settingStructured scheduling with team supportClear role expectations and progression guidelinesMix of general ortho and athletic patientsMentorship and SupportDirect access to the Clinic Director and PT for feedback and questionsGradual onboarding with observation and collaborative treatment sessionsOngoing guidance focused on confidence, efficiency, and consistencyNew grads welcome if motivated, coachable, and eager to learnQualificationsLicensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington StateInterest in sports rehab and orthopedic careStrong communication and teamwork skillAdditional Information$30-$35/hr. based on experienceProduction bonus eligibilityCEU allowance plus MedBridge accessFlexible schedulePaid time off and paid holidaysMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with match
