Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team supporting seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. Under the direction of a licensed PT, you will deliver evidence-based treatments to improve mobility, safety, and functional independence. Responsibilities include carrying out individualized plans of care, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
