Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team supporting seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. In this on-site role, you will carry out individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. You’ll document outcomes in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
