nPhysical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient (PRN)
nLocation: 6479 Oregon Jay Rd, Weeki Wachee, FL 34613
nSchedule: PRN | Monday-Friday
nCompensation: $35/hr
nSelect Physical Therapy is hiring PRN PTAs to support our outpatient orthopedic team in Weeki Wachee. Treat a diverse caseload including ortho, vestibular, concussion, sports medicine, POETS, and fall prevention. Flexible scheduling based on your availability. Average caseload: 10-12 patients/day. New grads and experienced PTAs welcome!

nResponsibilities
nnnResponsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
n
nnImplement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
n
nnMaintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
n
n nQualifications
nnnCollege graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
n
nnPassed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
n
nnValid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
n
nnCPR certification
n
