Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our skilled nursing rehab team. In this onsite role, you’ll deliver individualized, outcome-focused treatment programs for primarily senior patients under the direction of a Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, leading therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, documenting in EMR, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
