About the Role:
nJoin our dynamic team at Butte Premier Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Chico, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives while working in a supportive and innovative environment.
nResponsibilities:
nAssist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
nMonitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
nEducate patients on exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
nMaintain accurate patient records and documentation.
nEnsure a clean and safe environment for patients during therapy sessions.
nCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
nParticipate in staff meetings and ongoing training sessions.
nRequirements:
nAssociate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting or related field.
nCurrent state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California.
nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
nAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
nPrevious experience in a clinical setting preferred.
nPassion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

nSalary $30/hr
nPaid Time Off (PTO) 2 weeks paid time off (accrued at a rate of 0.04 PTO per hour worked)
nSick Time 40 hours per year to be used however you want
n401(k) 4% match (to begin after 90-day probationary period)
nHealth Insurance $200 per month paid toward your health insurance premium (to begin after 90 day probationary period). If you would prefer to start your health insurance coverage immediately, you will be responsible for the entire premium for the first 90 days.
