Job description
Job Summary:
This Registered Nurse (RN) position requires providing skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to patients facing age-related frailty and serious illness. The RN will perform patient assessments, administer medications, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. A minimum of two years of experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care to patients.
- Performing patient assessments.
- Administering medications.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, or Operating Room settings.
