About the Opportunity
A leading rehabilitation services provider is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join its therapy team within a premier senior living and rehabilitation community.
This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals while helping patients achieve greater mobility, independence, and overall wellness.
What You'll Do
Implement treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist
Deliver therapeutic interventions designed to improve function and mobility
Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to supervising therapists
Document treatment sessions accurately and timely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and progress
Participate in care planning and rehabilitation strategies
Support positive patient outcomes and quality metrics
What You'll Need Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active Ohio PTA License
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Commitment to high-quality patient care
Preferred Qualifications Skilled Nursing experience
Long-Term Care experience
Senior Living therapy experience
Rehabilitation experience with geriatric populations
Experience working in interdisciplinary care environments
