Job description
South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, hands-on care in skilled nursing and post-acute settings across Hawaii. The PTA will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on functional mobility, strength, balance, and safety to support residents’ independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with evaluations, leading individual and group therapy sessions, accurate documentation, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families, and contributing to a positive, patient-centered, and culturally sensitive rehab environment.
