Physical Therapy AssistantBroward Health Imperial Point6401 N. Federal Hwy Ft. Lauderdale FL 33308Pool (as needed) FTE: 0.01 - as needed Schedule: Days - as neededJob Summary:Under the supervision of the Sr. Physical Therapists or Physical Therapist performs selected physical therapy treatments to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.Job Qualifications:A. Education (or equivalent years of experience): Required for consideration: Associates degree of Science from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.B. Experience (or equivalent education): No Experience Required (One year experience for Home Health)C. Licensure Required for consideration: Physical Therapy Assistant for the state of Florida.D. Certifications Required for consideration: BLS through American Heart Association or American RedCross (these are the only two providers that will be accepted.)Broward Health is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
