Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant
Pine Run Village | Doylestown, PA
Benchmark Therapies is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team at Pine Run Village in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
This could be a great fit for a PTA who enjoys working with older adults, building meaningful relationships, and being part of a collaborative team.
You'll have the opportunity to help residents stay active, safe, confident, and as independent as possible while providing care that reflects their individual needs and goals.

What You'll Do
Provide physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, confidence, and independence
Work with residents toward goals that are meaningful to their everyday lives
Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each resident's needs and abilities
Encourage residents to stay active and involved in the things that matter to them
Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
Communicate resident progress, concerns, and changes in condition with the supervising Physical Therapist
Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
Be part of a positive, team-focused therapy environment
What We're Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing
A genuine interest in working with older adults
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A thoughtful, dependable, and collaborative approach to care
