New hires also enjoy one-on-one mentoring with seasoned team members for the first 90 days.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a fun and energetic Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team of highly motivated individuals. Our clinics provide a fast-paced and highly rewarding work environment, in which you can grow, learn, and earn competitive compensation - $60,000 - $85,000 depending on experience!Unlimited access to continuing professional education for ALL of our clinical team members, including 17+ courses taught in-house per year.PTAs thrive through one-on-one mentorship with seasoned professionals who support their growth and development!Incredible professional growth and earning potential!QualificationsGraduate from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant programExercise, manual-based skills with sports rehabilitation experienceCurrent state of Virginia license or license eligibleExcellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone who enters the clinicA passion for physical therapy and patient careOutgoing and energetic personality.
