Now Hiring: Physical Therapist AssistantLocation: Hillsborough, NJ Position: Full-Time | Outpatient Clinic Schedule: M–F, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation: $70K–$80K/year DOE + BenefitsJob Summary The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for assisting in the implementation of individualized treatment plans in an outpatient setting. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, this role provides direct patient care with an emphasis on therapeutic exercise, functional movement training, and treatment progression. The position also includes observing patient response, communicating updates to the supervising therapist, and ensuring documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.ResponsibilitiesAssist with patient treatment sessionsLead prescribed exercises and activitiesTrack patient performance and responseDocument care and progress notesSupport clinic organization and workflow
