Job description
Physical Therapist Assistant
We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our inpatient hospital team in Valencia, CA. You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities.

Your responsibilities include:
Delivering high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist
Progressing patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care
Building strong patient relationships and creating a positive care experience
Communicating patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT
Completing timely, accurate documentation
Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment
Compensation: $33 - $40 per hour + additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
