Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients on the Treasure Coast in regaining function and independence after stroke, spinal cord injury, orthopedic surgery, and other serious conditions. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility tasks. You’ll document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team.
