nSPT – Lake Stevens | Outpatient Orthopedic & Performance PT
nSPT Lake Stevens is a sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic built for clinicians who want to grow, stay engaged, and deliver high-quality care to active adults and athletes.
nWe operate in an open-gym, movement-focused environment centered on active rehab, progressive loading, and real-world outcomes —not passive, volume-driven care.
nYou’ll work closely with the Physical Therapist and Clinic Director with clear expectations, strong communication, and ongoing support.

nnnStructured onboarding with clear expectations

nnObservation and collaborative treatment sessions with PTs
n
nnGradual progression to independent patient care
n
nnFocus on communication, flow, and confidence in treatment delivery
n
n nWhat You Will Do
nnnTreat patients under the PT’s established plan of care
n
nnCoach therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and progressive strengthening
n
nnMonitor patient response and communicate updates to the PT
n
nnAssist with exercise progression using objective measures and clinical guidance
n
nnWork collaboratively with PTs and aides to maintain patient flow and care quality
n
nnComplete documentation efficiently during the workday
n
n nWhat You Will Do
nnnTreat patients under the PT’s established plan of care
n
nnCoach therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and progressive strengthening
n

n nQualifications
nnnLicensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington State
n
nnInterest in orthopedic and sports rehab
n
nnStrong communication and teamwork skills

nn$3,000 Sign-On Bonus
