Team Rehab Physical Therapist AssistantTeam Rehab is a therapist-owned network of outpatient clinics across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Since 2001, we've been delivering exceptional outcomes, outstanding patient satisfaction, and a work culture that supports and values every team member.Our mission:Provide the best outpatient physical, and occupational therapy.Make therapy enjoyable for patients.Deliver measurable improvements in health and quality of life.We believe great therapy starts with great people — and we provide the training, resources, and support for every team member to excel.Professional Growth & Mentorship:Ongoing support and collaboration with experienced therapists.$1,500 per year for continuing education or student loan repayment — your choice.40 hours of paid CEU time each year, in addition to PTO.Access to 50+ free in-house CEU courses taught by expert clinicians.Competitive Pay & Standout Benefits:Low cost medical plan options, plus dental & vision coverage.401(k) match, profit sharing, and generous PTO.Competitive salary with monthly bonus opportunities.Tools That Make a Difference:Sidekick AI documentation assistant to help reduce charting time.A strong Equity & Engagement commitment — every team member's voice matters.$24 - $32 / hourWhat You'll Do:Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.Supervise Techs during modalities (for all federal payers and non-BCBSM patients) and assist with setup and cleanup.Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting).Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.Participate in clinic research studies.Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.What We're Looking For:Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant.Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain).Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Passion for patient care and measurable outcomes.Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
