Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant Assist physical therapists in providing physical therapy services that improve patients' mobility and relieve pain.
Perform routine tasks, as directed by a licensed physical therapist, in a long-term care setting.
Document patients' progress and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
Help maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
Requirements of the Physical Therapist Assistant Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license
