Our mission is to provide compassionate, proactive care to the aging population in Senior Living and Skilled Nursing settings — the place they call home.Backed by a $1.2B parent company, TransPerfect Health offers the stability, growth, and innovation you deserve.We're seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and making a meaningful difference every day.Location: Holbrook Sugar Hill - 5135 West Broad Street, Sugar Hill, GA 30518Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the treatment of residents with noted disorders or deficits within Physical Therapy scope of practice upon receiving physician order and completion of evaluationOptimize the functionality and skills of patientsCompletes all necessary documentationCollaborate with supervising PT developing programs appropriate to the needs of facility residents while fulfilling PTA/PT co-signature and supervision requirementsAttend all required meetings including care planning, staff meetings, family meetings, etc.Assist the facility in meeting the standards necessary to obtain state and federal certification while following OBRA Resident Right GuidelinesFollow facility infection control policies and proceduresComplete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisorQualificationsCurrent or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practiceWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation (Per experience $38.00 - $45.00 per hour)Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match (full-time only)Paid onboarding and orientationCEU allowance and licensure reimbursement (full-time only)Clinical mentorship and preceptorship programEmployee referral bonus programQuick pay optionsTransPerfect Health is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
