We have a focus on manual therapy and evidence based care in a lively, positive environment. One on one mentorship is available to new graduates. Compensation based on experience.
nResponsibilities
nWork with physical therapists in treating orthopedic and neurologic conditions while following a physical therapist's plan of care
nIdentify and meet patients’ goals and needs
nOffer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility
nProvide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
nMotivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
nPromote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
nConsult and practice with other health professionals
nEvaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress
nDocument patient care services
nSkills
nProven work experience as a physical therapist
nIntensive education and clinical expertise
nAbility to manage patients with different types of personalities
nCurrent knowledge of treatment practices
nDrive to continually learn and grow
nProfessional behavior
nExcellent interpersonal communication skills
nValid license to practice
