Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for geriatric residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this role, you’ll implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing hands-on interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. You’ll document progress, assist with care planning, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a compassionate, patient-focused environment that emphasizes clinical excellence, professional growth, and open communication.
