nnDepartment: Day Rehab

nnSchedule: Day shift | Part-time

n nHow you'll make an impact in this role

nnnTreat outpatients within an interdisciplinary care program.

n

nnFocus primarily on neurological diagnoses, with an emphasis on stroke rehabilitation.

n

nnManage complex medical, orthopedic, and spine conditions.

n

nnSchedule: 20 hours a week Tuesday, Friday, and every other Wednesday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with 1 weekend shift per 4 weeks.

n nWhat minimum requirements you'll need

nLicensure / Certification / Registration:

nnnBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

n

nnPhysical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

n

n nEducation:

nnHigh school diploma or GED required.

n nAdditional Preferences:

nn2 years of outpatient neuro or inpatient rehab setting.
