Job description
VNS Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home and community-based care team in New York City. In this role, you will support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering patient-centered rehabilitation services that enhance mobility, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, guiding therapeutic exercises, educating patients and caregivers, and accurately documenting progress. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a compassionate, inclusive culture that values integrity, professional growth, and meaningful patient relationships.
