Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - O'Fallon, ILAccepting New Grads Sign-on Bonus & Relocation Assistance (Negotiable) Shift Scheduling: Full-Time, (Flexible Mon - Fri), No Weekend, On-call, Nights Settings: Outpatient Orthopedic FacilityPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in O'Fallon, IL. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Physical Therapists while providing hands-on, patient-centered care to a diverse outpatient population.Key Responsibilities· Assist Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality outpatient care· Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed PT· Provide hands-on therapy for orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports-related conditions· Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and home programs· Document treatments accurately and efficiently using EMR systemsQualifications· Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program· Active Illinois PTA License required· Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
