Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post‑acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, document patient progress, and educate patients and families. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a patient‑centered, respectful environment that values integrity, mentorship, and clinical excellence, while enjoying manageable caseloads and opportunities for growth.
