n nHow you’ll make an impact in this role

nnnProvide physical therapy interventions under a plan of care written by a physical therapist.

n

nnPerform therapy interventions utilizing techniques and skills as appropriate for the patient population.

n

nnDocument treatment interventions given.

n

nnMay coordinate activities of physical therapy aides, students and other support personnel.

n

n nWhat minimum requirements you’ll need

nLicensure / Certification / Registration:

nnnBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

n

nnPhysical Therapy Assistant (PTA) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

n

n nEducation:

nnHigh school diploma or GED required.
