Job description
South Pacific Rehab Services seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on care in skilled nursing and post-acute settings across Hawaii. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to improve strength, safety, and independence. You will track patient progress, document accurately, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team in a supportive, growth-oriented, and patient-centered environment.
