Physical Therapist AssistantThe Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for providing Physical Therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.Orlando Health Sebastian River Hospital is a 178-bed comprehensive medical and surgical facility serving the communities along Florida's Treasure Coast as a trusted healthcare provider for more than 50 years. With the latest technology and a team of skilled healthcare professionals, we are committed to bringing the highest level of expert and compassionate care to the communities we serve.Responsibilities include demonstrating ability to appropriately treat patients according to professional standards of practice, coordinating patient care with other team members, maintaining compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures, and performing all other duties as assigned.Qualifications include an associate degree or graduate from an accredited two-year college program in Physical Therapist Assistant, current license in the State of Florida as Physical Therapist Assistant, and maintains current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.
