Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant
Provide therapy to adults with general ortho and neuro conditions
Manage a caseload of approximately 12 patients per day
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care
Document patient progress according to facility guidelines
Requirements of the Physical Therapist Assistant
Must have a VA license or compact State License
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
Experience with general OP ortho and neuro population
