Join a friendly, collaborative, and patient-centered team at Brooks Rehabilitation, where you will work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional rehabilitation care in an inpatient setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with a variety of rehabilitation diagnoses.
Foster a positive patient experience through compassionate care, active engagement, and progressive treatment approaches.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Adhere to all professional, regulatory, and organizational standards of practice.
Qualifications:
Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the State of Florida.
Current hands-on CPR/BLS certification.
Prior inpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing physical therapy practice.
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
