Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time
Ayer Valley | Ayer, MA
$34-$38/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Post Rehabilitation Services is looking for a PTA to join the rehab department at Ayer Valley. You'll support residents as they regain strength and practice moving safely, with treatment tailored to their goals in a skilled nursing setting.
What You'll Do
Deliver treatment under the supervising Physical Therapist's plan of care
Guide residents through mobility exercises, walking, and transfer practice
Reinforce safe use of prescribed assistive devices
Monitor residents' comfort and tolerance, sharing changes with the PT
Document each session and collaborate with nursing and fellow clinicians
