Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time
Autumn Lake at Summit Park | Catonsville, MD
$37-$41/hour | Full-Time | Benefits
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Summit Park. Work alongside experienced clinicians while providing hands-on therapy that helps residents improve mobility, build strength, and achieve greater independence.
What You'll Do
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist residents with strengthening, balance, gait training, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility
Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and rehabilitation goals
Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT
Reinforce therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team

Qualifications
Active Maryland PTA license required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
