Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time

$34-$38/hour | Full-Time | Benefits
Ultimate Therapy is looking for a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to become part of our therapy team. Work in a collaborative rehabilitation environment where you'll support residents as they work toward improved movement, function, and quality of life.
What You'll Do
Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT
Assist residents with gait training, transfers, strengthening, balance, and mobility activities
Follow established plans of care and support individualized rehabilitation goals
Observe resident response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising therapist
Provide education on exercises and safe mobility strategies
Maintain clear and timely treatment documentation
Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications
Current NJ PTA license required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
Previous post-acute or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required
New graduate PTAs are encouraged to apply
