Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Health – Per Visit / PRN
Penn Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality home-based therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
Service Areas: Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, and Berks Counties, PA
Position Type: Per Visit / PRN
Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist.
Monitor patient progress and report changes.
Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises and safety measures.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Participate in care coordination activities.
Qualifications:
Current Pennsylvania PTA license.
Current CPR certification.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Home health experience preferred.
